Copper & Rye is a cocktail bar with a proper kitchen: a long brass bar, a short list of signatures, and dinner cooked over coals. Dinner Tuesday to Sunday, bottomless brunch at the weekend.

Dinner from the grill
Snacks and small plates to share with the first drink, then whole fish and dry-aged beef over charcoal. The kitchen is open until an hour before the bar closes.

The old strongroom behind the bar, door and all. One long table for sixteen, or thirty standing with the table pushed back. Its own bartender, a short set menu or canapés, and a sound system you control. Minimum spends apply on Fridays and Saturdays.

Hours and where to find us
9 Foundry Street, Old Mill Quarter, Springfield 00000Dinner Tuesday to Sunday from 17:30, brunch Saturday and Sunday. Last food orders an hour before close. Smart casual. No sportswear after 8.
The bar itself is kept for walk-ins, so if we are full on the floor, come and sit with us.
