Anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, trouble sleeping: these are among the most common reasons people see us, and they are treated with the same seriousness as any other illness. Dr Nair has additional training in mental health, and every doctor here can start the conversation.

Common questions
What if I need help right now?
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. For urgent support outside our hours, contact a 24-hour crisis line. During opening hours, call us and say it is urgent.
